A Day Of Unpacking

Monday morning, the sun is out (well for the first hour) and I am off to help a client unpack and organise her new flat.  This lady is in desperate need of help. The day after moving into her new home she was hospitalised  for several days, during which her mom called me for help so that her flat could be all set up for when her daughter is well enough to come home.  it is going to be a very long day.

Westfield Fashion Show

Suit from Zara
a
Shirt and Trousers from UniqloBag and Shoes from Furla

a
I decided to take in a fashion show at Westfield shopping center on Friday. It was a fun event but uunfortunately the clothing lacked originality, creativity or colour, I certainly didn't have the desire to rush out and buy any of it.
a
The highlight of the event had to be when Urban Soul Orchestra stepped on stage. They were absolutely amazing and an ensemble to keep you eye on.

How Lucky Am I

My week got off to a great start when a package arrived this morning from Japan. Friends living in Osaka sent me seven Kimonos/Haoris from a Japanese version of a car boot sale that takes place in a local temple. These three are the best and needed to be shown. The black one has the most amazing pattern at the bottom which features several Cranes.

This is actually a Haori which is a coat like piece that is worn over a Kimono. The colours are so perfectly me, my friends selected well. I can't wait to create an outfit around this. Event the lining amazing flower pattern, maybe I will wear it inside out
.

Another Haori. I can already think of 100 ways to make use of a this black coat.
