The First Snow Of Winter

It was a exciting start to the morning when the snow started to fall. Fortunatley it was only a light sprinkling which quickly disappeared once the day was filled with sunshine and I hit the road.

A Day Of Culture

After a busy week, I decided to have a day off and take in a bit of culture at the British Museum. The first Port Of Call for the day was to attend a talk and demonstration on The Way of Tea (Japanese tea ceremony). talk good several ladies in Kimono's very good. After an unbelievably strong cup of green tea I headed to the Grayson Perry: The Tomb of the Unknown Craftsman, exhibition too see what all the fuss was about. if you have time before it closes next month, it is well worth a visit, but make sure to book your tickets a head of time as several days are already sold out.

A Frosty Day

Skating At Somerset House

I have been wanting to experience the temporary skating rink at Somerset House for years and today was my lucky day. For starters Somerset House is one of the most architect buildings in London and it is never considered winter until you have gone skating. My camera was left tucked up at the front door so a photo from earlier in the day will have to do.

Meeting Friends
